Menene darajar sinadirai na ayaba foda?

(1)Carbohydrates: Foda na ayaba yana da wadataccen sinadarin carbohydrates, wanda a cikin jiki za a iya canza shi zuwa glucose don samar da makamashin da yake bukata.
